The community went through a lot over the last few months, and we are all looking for ways to return to our habits and routines. We at Rakesh Patel DDS are dedicated to the safety of our patients and staff. We have taken specific infection control measures to make your visits to our office as safe as possible.

Our infection control procedures adhere to the guidelines set forth by the ADA, CDC, and OSHA, and we continuously keep ourselves informed of any updates or changes to their recommendations.

Covid-19 Questionnaire

UV Light Sterilization

UV Light Sterilization helps disinfect the air and kills bacteria, viruses, and fungi with its ray. In our practice, we use it to sanitize the indoor air and surfaces to protect against the deadly virus.

Waiting Area

All patients entering our clinic are screened for symptoms of COVID-19 to avoid exposure to our staff and patients. We ensure the availability of sufficient three-layer masks, hand sanitizers, and paper tissues at the Registration desk. We also ensure proper social distancing is followed.

Air Purifier System

An air purification system has been installed throughout the office.

Pūrkil Bio™ Disinfectant

We disinfect the air and surfaces of each room daily with Pūrkil Bio™ Disinfectant. It provides maximum protection to our patients and staff.

Additional Protective Wear

When you visit our office, you will see all our staff wearing a head covering, a different mask, a face shield, and an extra layer of clothing.

Within Dental Operatory

We ensure proper Infection control steps are taken in our multi-chair operatory. Sensor taps are installed for control and spreading of infection.
